I love this tool to better understand how my feet and hips are connected.

I was introduced to the foot corrector at my pilates studio- after my first "workout" I felt the benefits- that is why I decided to have one at home. Company customer service helpful directing me to videos. Well constructed; arrives with a wrench and an extra spring set (different tension) to swap out the springs.
