I contacted support because the top frame is loose from the bottom base. I had years ago and it didn't have this problem. They would do nothing about this.

My Ladder Barrel arrived in adobe white and it is the most beautiful apparatus! The delivery man, Larry (if I recall his name correclty) was super friendly and went above and beyond to assure my satisfaction when they arrived.
