Excellent Mat

We've positioned this mat in front of the Balanced Body Pilates Springboard. I like it even better than the mats offered at the studio.

My Knees Love the Aeromat!

No more sore knees and wrists doing yoga, Pilates and stretching. The aeromat is both lightweight and plush and fabulous! I just wish it had an equally high quality travel tote to go with it. Now I have to find one that fits it just right.

Perfect mat for Pilates

This mat is thick enough to cushion your spine for rolling like a ball, and your knees for kneeling exercises. These mats last a really long time and are easy to clean. I have had mine for over 20 years, and am still using it daily. I purchased this blue one as a gift for my sister - it was the only mat I would consider.
