Liquid Tamarind Paste Concentrate

I wanted to try something different, so tamarind it is. We are enjoying this concentrate! We used it in a few Thai dishes, and it gives a nice little twist to our cocktails (tried it in margaritas and bloody Marys).

My husband actually loves this concentrate. We use it to make Tamarind tea!

The liquid tamarind paste quality is great. I use it in my Thai dishes and others that benefit from the tamarind taste. Since it is concentrated, it last more.
