PhosChol

As with most supplements it is hard to tell after a few doses if there is any affect. Therefore I do not have an opinion on the product. A doctor has suggested that I take this but it is a long term project

Eye whites so white!

What I noticed after 7 days of taking liquid PPC is that my eye whites got so white! That tells me that it’s really helping my liver/gallbladder. I’m sure it’s doing many other good things! Love it!
