The flavours in this mix are amazing. I dry fry the spices first and add lime and fresh coriander at the end. I have just ordered 6 more!

We got this pack as the name intrigued us (it's pronounced shacootie) it's a Goan dish and is absolutely delicious. It's complex with a lovely depth to the flavours, and incredibly easy to make. We liked it so much I immediately ordered another pack. The large pack is very generous, so we always get that so there is enough leftover to freeze.
