Rafi’s = Effortless Authentic Dishes
I like the fact that the packs are so easy to use - and that you can specify what you don’t like so that it can be left out. This one needed a few extra ingredients - and personally I like the lamb to be falling apart - so I cooked the dish for longer than suggested and added more liquid.Always have lots of compliments when I serve up a Rafi’s homemade dish.
