Very lively in the Pinter spesh the first 48 hours of brewing and tastes great after a 7-8 day brew and a 3-4 day condition.

This is a very good brew. It doesn’t seem strong but it is and it is very quaffable. Citrusy flavours mildly hopped very refreshing. As good as a commercial brew. It will improve if I leave it a few weeks but it will be gone by then🤣
