A while back I purchased the Flea Flee with the eye dropper, since it was expired, I purchased the refill bottle recently. When I went to open the new bottle it has no “ smell or odor “ of the essential oils at all , as a matter of fact my old bottle has a much stronger scent , and I am even wondering if this new bottle will be effective at all
