Lifecykel has made me a true believer in the benefits of mushrooms. I take this specific product when I know I have a long day ahead of me, and it gets me through those days with ease. I noticed the best time to take it is first thing in the morning, and I take it straight out the pouch. I am also a fan of the taste.

Overall very good product. 4 stars only because the potency of the product could be a little more enhanced. I also may just have a higher tolerance. Still a great product.
