Customer services

Unfortunately I have to give a 1 star review as the customer service is very scattered and inconsistent. I ordered the wrong microscope (my mistake) and it took them 3 working days to get back to me, I was corresponding with 2 separate people who were telling me two different things. I didn't receive the microscope as a result. Will not be ordering again and won't be recommending.
