I’m an RN and have been using NeilMed sinus rinse products for a couple decades. I had nasal surgery and my Head/Neck surgeon suggested saline products with xylitol since I was have some irritation with the traditional saline, baking soda. I now prefer the Neil Med Sinus Rinse with Xylitol, however it’s difficult to find in stores. So I order from the Neil Med site which is much easier.
