Thank God for Firefly

I wore them on every long-haul flight this summer, and I honestly can't imagine flying without them now. The difference was immediate: Fresh legs when I landed. No swollen ankles (or cankles). Less of that heavy, sluggish feeling after spending 10+ hours in the air. I was skeptical at first, but they completely changed how I felt after flying. Instead of needing a day to recover, I felt ready to start exploring almost immediately. If you travel often—especially internationally—they've earned a permanent spot in my carry-on.

AMAZING for POTS!!!

I often struggle with blood pooling in my legs due to POTS. It can be very limiting. I have used these in a 3.5 hour drive (me driving) and it made a MAJOR difference in how I felt during and after the trip. I have also used them at amusement parks, and at the pool. Anytime I can’t elevate my feet, these save the day!

I liked that the pulse was gentle, however it did give me a foot cramp. For the price i do wish i could see the battery levels, i didnt use it for 30 hours. It was hard to turn off so im not sure how much battery is left in it.
