Airmoto

I like this so much that I got one for my sister as she’s planning a 2000 mile road trip out to visit me. The website was being glitchy With billing address/shipping address when I ordered it and I ended up with two so now my niece has one too. Not what I intended, but I’d be grudge the company nothing, cause now two more people have this fabulous gadget.

I could not have had better customer service from air Moto. My first unit lasted about nine or 10 months well beyond the warranty and it started acting up where you couldn’t use the buttons. It was very iffy. I contacted air Moto thinking maybe I could send it back for repair which I would pay for they asked me to send a video of the operation which I did in a day later they said we’re going to send me a brand new one and to keep the old one. I was just like wow how does that ever happen in this day and age ? A company that Does this kind of customer service? I would recommend anybody if you’re looking for an air pump for your motorcycle ATV Can-Am three wheeler or airplane tires this is the one! There’s lots of different settings and the thing is unique. It works like a charm. I recommend two thumbs up air Moto.

They were terrific! Got continued follow up through the process by the same person (Angie), who was great, which resulted in them replacing a defective unit. Walked me through the whole process. I wish all companies could learn from their system!
