SPOTMINDERS. Tracking Card

I needed a way to “find my husband” during his many trips back and forth in the car to our house being renovated. 100+ round trip multiple times per week in awful traffic occasionally. I also wanted them for travel and to keep peace of mind for my new car. So easy to set up and hold a charge unbelievably long. They are already providing me less stress. That’s priceless! We named them and also have adorable icons. Family members now. lol.

While the card was very easy to set up (literally at the push of a button) and seems to work well so far (we can see it, but we haven't actually lost anything yet), the customer service leaves a little bit to be desired. It look almost 3 weeks for us to receive our order. Ironically, the package tracking information provided didn't actually show anything (other than the courier company had received it) and when I called Spotminders after 2 weeks to ask about it, they only said that it was on it's way and I should receive it shortly. (It still took almost another week before we received our order.) They had no way to contact the courier and get additional information about why it was taking so long.

So easy to set up. So easy to charge (versus a battery replacement). So easy to use…card shaped and thin sized slips right into my wallet, my luggage, backpack, gun bag, etc without the thick lump of the Apple product I’ve been using. I highly recommend this product and will use nothing else (I have five and will order more as needed) due to the ease of use and the discreet size.
