Poor Customer Service & Returns
Company giving me a hard time on returning an item when it is within the 30 day return period. The return is due to the adhesive magnet that attaches to the back of the phone case to hold the magnet when charging seems to be having manufacturing issues. The magnet keeps falling off. The adhesive is not strong enough. I've explained this to the company and they really don't want to do anything about it and process my return. They keep telling me I am over the 30 day return which actually am not and have proof that it is not that has been forwarded to them and they are still giving me a hard time. Also it takes them 5 days or more to respond to an email.

I was hoping i would love this more. I like how light it is, but it took forever for my phone to charge when plugged into this one. It didnt last all day like I was hoping it would. My cheap target ones last longer and charger my phone quicker.

Bought as gifts
The 2 I bought are for gifts. I do own one and I love it, it has come in so handy when no outlets around and my phone is on low battery👍
