Worked great until it didn't

These cables worked great when I first purchased them. I purchased 3, one for home, one for work and one for the car. The one for the house has stopped working completely, the one at work works intermittingly, the one in the car barely gets used. These cables are only a few months old. JUNK, JUNK, JUNK.
