Great product and good service definitely would recommend for anyone trying to find a product that is easy to use as long-term last potential.

Learning Curve

Solid construction and sturdy. Installation videos were difficult at times because you can see small pieces. A C-clamp will definitely help assemble. I'm still working on best way to secure kayaks to bars. They slide a bit. It was best to get T nut to start, then slide in from the side. Rather than rolling them into the bar and fishing around to get the bolt to fit. The rack works well after you figure out how to secure your kayak from sliding.

Exactly what I needed

Great! I have bought bars/panels/mounts from BillieBars and have always been extremely pleased with them. The kayak mount has been no different. I use it to transport a 13' tandem kayak. The foam cross bar covers from Amazon fit perfect. Thanks again!
