Products good, but you need help

I wasn’t in a rush for my order. But then there was an opportunity I couldn’t refuse. I ended up searching finding the same product half the price, half the shipping cost, and got it in three days. I was told it’s a supply chain shortage. It’s only a shortage when your customers don’t come first. The products I ordered, I would assume are some of your highest demands. You need to stick them and stop send to a third party. While I have the time, your build manuals are crazy insane difficult. It’s like your entire company is made of engineers. It needs to be simplified. Go to ikea, look at their build sheets. Lastly, when buying a bed rack it takes 2 different Allen wrenches, either make them all the same size or supply the tooling. It was disappointing when I received mine and I had to go buy one when I just spent nearly grand.
