Free Returns + Shipping Protection

This is the first and last time I buy from this store; the service is horrible. They don't provide correct instructions, and it's a waste of time—you have to keep calling just so they remember you bought something from them. What is that about? I’ve been waiting a long time for headlights for my truck; I’ve never had to wait this long until I bought from this shop. They really test your patience. All they say is, "That’s strange, we don't have that order number in our system." What kind of answer is that? If the order is going to be delayed, they should state in the instructions that it will take a few days, rather than claiming it's in stock when it actually isn't.

Nice knowing when you buy a product from a seller, you have a fair chance with returns if unsatisfied with that product!
