Overnight (2) Chuck roast in crockpot with rosemary, garlic, onions, pepper, organic beef broth, 2 hours before done add carrots, and potatoes! Very lean, and tasty! Feeds family of 5, with some of those great next day left over sandwiches with horseradish spread. Enormous difference in quality from 99 Counties vs grocery store. Can never go back to grocery store meat for this reason and also peace of mind in humane treatment of animals including grass fed and finished diet. Grateful for 99 Counties and have been a customer for years- since the days when Nick would show up a few blocks away with a box truck full of meat. Door step delivery is a plus, but I’d still go pick it up if I had to. Worth it.
