Wagyu Tenderloin Filet Mignon Steak

This tenderloin (aka filet mignon) is tender, juicy and flavorful. More than any filet I've ever tasted. No seasoning beyond the butter it's cooked in and a sprinkle of salt while it comes to room temp is needed. Can't imagine a better meal - seriously. The best part...my wife, who's not a big meat eater, asked when I'd be ordering more of these. What an amazing value !!!

Wagyu Filets for the win

This is the 2nd Christmas Dinner I have prepared Wagyu Filets, which hasn't disappointed. Everyone always says this is the best steak they have ever had! I'm more of a ribeye guy, but these 7oz beauties have me second-guessing! A must-buy, worth every penny.
