Dehydrated Sourdough Starter

So far so good; onto batch number 2 using the dehydrated starter. Great service right from order phase through to shipping/delivery.

Nice easy starter. The bread flour is so good! Highly recommend 👌

A successful resurrection/reactivation or whatever the technical process should be called! Sadly, although I produced a very nice loaf the maintenance of the starter was " less than ideal" and it moved on to that great bakery in the sky! Low-maintenance is, apparently, not the same as neglect!
