Beautiful product. I have only made biscotti so far which I often make with organic white flour. My biscotti had beautiful colour and was crunchier than it normally comes out. Will try muffins and cookies next.

I’ve been buying both Better Basics’ bread flour and all-purpose flour, and they’ve become my go-to for baking bread. I did notice I had to make a slight adjustment to my recipes because this flour takes a little longer to absorb the liquid compared to regular grocery store flour, so the texture of the dough is a bit different at first. Once I figured that out, the results have been fantastic.
The bread has a wholesome, delicious taste, and I love knowing I’m using high-quality wheat to make nutritious bread for my family. The quality really shows in the finished product. I’ll definitely continue buying both their bread flour and all-purpose flour, and I highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys baking with quality ingredients.

I haven't used it yet with this heat, but I did make a Red Fife Berry and veggie salad tonight and it is sooooooooo good!
