Green can turn Red

The Greenline beans start green but when roasted remind me of the redline espresso. Great Blend!

Love the green line espresso beans! I get them unreasoned so I can control the roast myself. Great flavor that becomes more compost as you vary the roast.

I’ve only roasted one batch so far but as with the redline I purchased it tastes thinner, less mouth feel. Different bean blend ? I don’t know these are the only espresso beans I buy and I am usually very satisfied with them maybe just a bad batch but both the redline and the greenline taste is off. I use a quest M3 roaster, a mazzer grinder and a la pavoni can usually pull very satisfying espresso but not with this latest order
