Mild roast with toffee and caramel notes

This is the high end version of a breakfast blend. Smooth, mild, not at all acidic. Drinks very well as black coffee or with milk/ cream. We prepare it in a French press. We have been ordering it as a monthly subscription for years, aand continued ordering it even after we moved out of Chicago to the West Coast. Great product. Thank you, Metropolis!

Ritual Worthy

There's something really beautiful about having a freshly roasted bag of coffee show up to your home. It changes the aroma of your life, every day. I think I can speak for most of us when I say, we live busy distracted lives. To be able to slow down and brew and truly delicious cup of coffee right at home and spend three minutes doing it, is a treat. This coffee is worth slowing down for, taking in an extra moment and centering yourself for a busy day. I find myself both focusing up, and celebrating the little moments when I take a sip later on in the day. "It's just coffee", yeah, sure, whatever. I don't buy that. Trust me. Get this coffee, and slow down for a minute (so you can speed up later).
