Nushape Red Light Therapy Mat

My Nushape Red Light Therapy mat no longer works after 8 months of very little use. After plugging it in and trying to use it today, only several rows of lights right at the end of the mat lit up. All the rest of the lights on the mat would not light up. I ordered the mat in November of 2022, however, I did not receive the mat until May 4, 2023. Therefore, I haven’t even had the mat for 8 months yet and it’s barely been used in that time, maybe about ten times at the most. Although it did seem to work well for the handful of times it was used, it’s very concerning that such an expensive item with so little use has stopped working already. Furthermore, just prior to my red light therapy mat issue, I had ordered and received the new LED facial and neck masks from Nushape and after attempting to charge and use them for the first time, neither one worked.
