Not as advertised

I purchased the Duraglyde mousepad 12" x 12" of the Sagami Province by Hokusai. In the pictures it looks like the mousepad is bright and vibrant. The pad looked smooth and high quality. What I received was an extremely rough mousepad, colors were subdued and the print was slightly off. I am very disappointed. These are not high quality mousepads.
