Entelia Wild Cretan Oregano

Fragrant, fresh flavor

I used this oregano a few nights ago to make chicken shawarma. It added beautiful flavor and aroma, yet had an almost delicate freshness to it I haven’t had in other oregano. I love oregano for cooking and medicinal value, and this is a huge batch. I’ll be enjoying it for a good while.
