Amazing! Extremely fresh, vibrant in color, goes down smooth with a peppery aftertaste. I can tell it’s very legit and I highly recommend! A little bit of a bitter taste compared to other olive oil I’ve had. With that being said though, I would still re-buy this in a heartbeat!
