Excellent Heat Retention

I previously had a version with gel packets but flaxseed is definitely superior at heat retention. I only wore it for 20mins and it was still warm when I removed it. Excellent for allowing deep conditioning to really penetrate. 10/10. I recommend it to all my natural hair baddies.
