Hairbrella Satin-Lined Waterproof, Adjustable Swim Cap

I purchased this swim cap a while ago specifically to help keep my braids dry while swimming. Unfortunately, after finally using it, I was very disappointed with the results. I carefully followed the instructions, made sure the cap was fitted securely, and took extra precautions, but my hair still ended up getting wet. This was especially frustrating because I bought this cap for a vacation and was relying on it to protect my braids. Instead, it failed to keep my hair dry as advertised. Considering how expensive this swim cap was, I expected much better performance and protection. Unfortunately, the return period has already passed, so I’m unable to get a refund. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously because a product marketed to keep hair dry should be able to deliver on that promise.

The swim cap is amazing! I had a small issue with my cap. I contacted Hairbrella and they responded extremely fast and the issue was resolved quickly! I love a great product and even more GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will be purchasing more products! Thank you for a great product!!!

I used it for the first time on today. I wrapped my hair and jumped in the pool. Unfortunately, water got in and one side of my hair got wet. I’m not upset, I’ll just find ways to troubleshoot what happened. I still like it!
