I gave this to my sister who has traveled extensively in Italy and is a real foodie. She loved the oil and has used it with eggs as the included recipe suggested as well as numbers of other dishes. She liked that the head from the chilies wasn’t super hot and overwhelming, but subtle, adding dimension to the dishes it was used in.
