Sear plate magic
The flat top for your wood fire! I’ve been cooking all my life, but I’ve never been able to get this kind of heat into a griddle surface. The sear is exceptional and then off to the grill for the finish and rest. It doesn’t get any better than this system. Look I’m gonna have a fire every night if I can and the ability to cook on this piece is exceptional. I have a $10,000 RTA set up gas grill and flat top that I absolutely love. But if I am having a fire, I’m cooking on this And I haven’t had anybody complain yet.
