My new Margherita Oven

I had built a wood fired clay oven at our old house about 10 years ago that I truly enjoyed. Unfortunately I had to leave it behind when we moved. I knew I needed a wood fired oven In my life and decided to get a pre-made one. After doing a lot of research I knew Fontana Forni was the one I wanted. I am in an early user learning curve right now. I’ve fired it up six times now and am getting better at maintaining the temperature I need for what I’m cooking. That is a challenge.

Great fun for everyone

We received our Margherita oven a few weeks ago, and we were impressed with the quality. We tried it out and found it easy to use … it made great pizzas and everyone in the family had a great time! We’re looking forward to having many pizza parties with friends. Highly recommend.
