Good Helmet, Bad Customer Service.

I purchased the helmet under express shipping that stated Fedexpress 2Day shipping, for the helmet to drive in over two weeks. I sent a email out to customer support and never got a reply back let alone a refund for the express shipping that totals 15 dollars. Don't pay for express shipping.
