Crazy Al's has been excellent to work with. Communications with them have been great. They are very responsive in a human way and I've yet to receive any automated contacts. Regarding products, I love my new helmet. Once we finally figured out that I have a big noggin, I got the correct size and Crazy Al's helped me through that process and my ordering mistakes.
