Visors for Alpinestars R10 / R7

The visor looks good and fits the helmet overall, but the fitment could definitely be better. When the visor is fully closed, it gets caught on a small bar, making it very difficult to open. I have to put extra force into opening it, which isn’t something I expected from a new visor. The fitment to the helmet also isn’t as clean or precise as I was hoping for. It’s usable, but there are definitely some quality and fitment issues that could be improved.

Its pretty good on looks and it does fit, feels okay however im not 100% certain thats its as honest as it claims. Mine shipped from china not us and was waiting for abour 2 1/2 weeks before i got it. So im a little skeptic for if the product is being drop ship etc. seems to be okay as regards quality however does not feel as good as the orginal visor. Additionally the fog sheild on your orginal helmet might not fit. I had to cut mine. Overall i rate it a 6.5/10 taking everything into account and cost.

New visor

Good afternoon. Quick review of the dragon A-star visor. Used it on my sr-10 helmet for a couple track days. Quality is as good as OEM. The mirror coating is good and doesn’t scratch easy and had a nice tint. Changing the visor was very easy and fit very well. Will try the transition visor next time.
