I have a 23 pound French bulldog and everyone had referred me to get the large Sherpa which I did. My poor girl was too tall and it was clear she could not comfortably fly in that. Thankfully I found this carrier which is perfect. It is taller than the airlines allow but because of the flexibility you’re able to fit it in whatever dimensions the airline requires I am very thankful for this wonderful carrier which is well made good quality as well as durability. They have beyond wonderful customer service and also contribute to a wonderful cause. 10/10 recommend! They even sent me a pack of sanitary wipes as a gift included. I also love the plastic zip wrapper to store when it is not in use. Very satisfied with this company!

Great bag

I have a 26 medium sized frenchie and although this bag is technically larger than approved bags, mine is an xl, it fit great on an Alaska airline flight. The bag is light weight, super sturdy and flexible siding lets it fit under the seat. It gave my boy the room he needed to turn around and be more comfortable. Love it!!

Fantastic

I used it for our Doberman puppy that was 9 weeks old (flew from west coast to east coast) and it worked great. One agent did give me hard time about dog size but didn’t mention the carrier being a problem because it’s very collapsable. Manager said it was ok so this worked thanks
