Sleepypod Air

Worth the investment for my cats’ comfort and security and my peace of mind.

I haven’t had the opportunity to put my new sleepypod air to use. However, if it performs as well as my older Sleepypod Air, I’ll be very happy. I chose to give 4 stars instead of 5 stars because the zipper is extremely stiff and difficult to manage. Hopefully, it will loosen up with use, but it’s frustrating at the moment.

Excellent carrier! The Sleepypod Air is beautifully made, sturdy, and very comfortable for my dog. I especially love that it fits under the airplane seat and can expand for extra space when needed. The quality is outstanding and it gives me peace of mind when traveling. Highly recommend!

Much appreciated upgrade to the sleepypod air

I live in a heavily populated city full of reckless, entitled and hot tempered drivers - despite purchasing my specific car make and model because of it's across the board 5 star safety ratings I always fear for the safety of my foster cats when I transport them to and from adoption events. One of my fosters is too heavy for the atom carrier and it it too difficult for me to carry the sleepypod mobile bed + an additional carrier so I was using the old air model carrier for him, new model is much more secure when buckled in and that helps me not have anxiety attacks when some old dude in a brand new luxury sports car is speeding and swerving in and out of the lane next to me because apparently looking at his phone is more important than paying attention to driving! Best part about this carrier is that cats LOVE it, like all of the sleepypod carriers I use, all I had to do was put out the carrier and the cats flocked to it to take turns hanging out in it. My fosters aren't carrier trained but they instantly took to the sleepypod carriers without a fuss and it makes attending adoption events so much less stressful, there is no struggle to get them in and they never run and hide at the sight of these carriers (same goes for all of my resident cats who are a nightmare when trying to put them in a hard carrier).
