Unfortunately it reads that it fits 2 dogs totaling 30lbs. But, it's impossible with the divider. My 5 lb puppy is a bit tight and my 10lb is crammed in on the other side. So thumbs down for 2 with divider. And when the puppy gets to his projected weight of 9lbs there will be no way they will fit. But on a positive note it's very sturdy.

The bag is great and thank you for the gifts.:) I like the color and the set up. I think it’s the largest best we can have to the flight so I just bought it even though I knew it might be small for my cats, but they are fine
