Good Extruder, poor QC

The extruder itself is great and prints even 85A TPU with ease. unfortunately mine arrived with issues i would not expect at a 130€ price point. 1: most inconsequentially, the 3D printed part from step 23 of the manual was wrong. i was shipped the tall version of the part when i needed, and the manual showed, the regular version. i was able to fix this by printing the correct one myself. 2: The home offset that is set by the GCODE file don't seem to be right for my machine. The limit switch is located at X -24 mm so setting an offset of 27 mm seems odd. ive set my offset to 22 mm as this sets the zero point to be almost the same as the stock extruder. 3: one of the Screw holes that tighten the heater cartridge was stripped from the factory. i was able to fix this myself with a different screw as i didnt have the time to wait for an RMA.

The install is fairly straight forward, but I had some other issues going on with my printer, which created a bit of a learning curve when it came to getting everything working. Once I got the other issues sorted, it's working great! I'm very happy with it.
