Bone Broth Protein Powder | Unflavoured

Conflicted how to rate this product. In terms of quality it’s pure beef bone broth protein powder which is awesome. No fillers or added extra which is exactly what we wanted, and made from NZ grass-fed beef! However, this absolutely cannot just be had with just water or milk and sweetner, do not understand what is ‘creamy’ about the taste at all which is misleading. If you can drink this straight you are built differenttt. Would buy again but simply because of what it is, not because it tastes appealing

I've been using this in my gluten-free baking and it's genuinely changed the results. Made a banana, carrot and apple maple cinnamon loaf — the texture was better than versions without it. Didn't detect any protein flavour at all, which is rare. For anyone baking GF and wanting to add protein without wrecking the crumb, this delivers.

Very mild umami taste, mixes perfectly with a little cold water, great in scrambled eggs and savoury things. Really pumps up my protein intake, and easy on the tummy. Recommended.
