Bovine Collagen Peptides

Great protein start to my day. I don't have an appetite for breakfast so 3 teaspoons of Mitchells collagen in my coffee before work keeps me going until 1-2pm. I like that it has no flavour and it doesn't mess with my coffee.

This is a great product. I purchased originally to help with sore joints/health and i wouldn’t be without it now. Strong nails are an added bonus

I started using this about a year ago as I haven't been able to grow my finger nails with out them splitting and breaking since I was a teenager and was advised to take collagen and it's made a huge difference. Best they've been. Just remember it takes about 6 months for your nails to grow out to see the difference. I take a teaspoon 2 times a day in my coffee. You can't taste it.
