Smart Vibration Sensor
Bought 2 such units from you. My applicaion called for monitoring the weekly operation of: 1) An outdoor house generator 2) The on-off operation of an attic fan 1) Placed inside the generator (on a flat control panel surface). It worked too well.... Had to lower the sensitiviy to avoid false alarms (by gardner's equipment for example). It still is too sensitive, even on the lowest sensitivity set up. But it is better than nothing.... I just wish that the the App could be set to: "show vibration on and off ONLY if it lasts a certain time..." So any short vibration alerts would not be indicated. Also it would be nice to have the option to "push" notificaions to my via SMS or WhatsApp (rather than email, or in addition to email alerts). 2) it is not operating correctly in the attic. Perhaps wrong mounting and/or location even on highest "Sensitivity". I wish you offered a simple YoLink Current/power inductive sensor (for both applications mentioned here. Nothing fancy - no need to measure power - just an indication of currrent going through or stopped. A very usefull application!!

Vibration Sensors Have Been Very Useful
I have installed these in the car parked on the street, attached to a brick wall in my garage that faces the alley, and in a plastic cap that I fitted to a bollard protecting a street-exposed corner of a building. All were installed to alert me to collisions that might have damaged the property. They work very well and their sensitivity can be adjusted to pickup minor bumps to hard collisions, to someone checking car doors at night. My bollard sensor has notified me to check my cameras and I saw hard collisions from a neighbor’s errant truck.

Great “Anti-Tamper” device
Small compact device, easily attached to monitor unwelcome knocks and vibration to almost anything. Great little product to help protect the user and their belongings.
