Faroe Island VS Ora King Salmon Fillet

I ordered some Ora king salmon and Faroe island salmon fillet And I cooked one of each for my first meal. They were cooked in the side by side in a pan then I put him on my plate and ate both they were delicious but the Ora King salmon We're a little bit more tender and moist.I'm gonna buy some more of the Ora King Salmon
