The boot promised to be just what I wanted, a good quality boot that came in double wide. I’ve been using SAS shoes because they have the wide width option to accommodate my feet. Unfortunately, I had to return the boots because they were too tight around my toes.

I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet and have tried several brands of boots without success. I wear SAS shoes, so I tried these as a last resort. I ordered a pair in my usual size, but they slipped on my heels. Your store exchanged them for wide, and they feel great! Thanks for the wonderful customer service!
