Very cool
I have ridden with the hanger yet because in still building my Time Alpe d'Huez 21, but this is too cool. I don't even care if doesn't improve my shifting (but I suspect it will because SILCA makes genuinely amazing stuff) this might be the coolest thing I install on my Madone.

I really like this thing. It makes my shifting at the extremes; smallest and biggest cassette gears, very snapping. I have 12 speed Shimano Dura Ace electronic shifting on my bike and even with that level of component this made a noticeable difference. My only complaint is that it doesn't come with a titanium hanger bolt. You need to be very careful with threading a much softer aluminum hanger bolt into a titanium part.
