Perfect fit and super easy to install. Shifting seems just a bit snappier and quieter with my Dura Ace 12 speed. No RD adjustments needed either.

Seems to work okay but came out just about equal to or very slightly heavier than the stock direct mount hanger on my Factor Ostro VAM.

Fit Perfectly
I removed the OEM (Factor Ostro VAM) hanger (aluminum) and installed the Silca hanger with no issues. The 11-speed SRAM Red eTap rear derailleur shifted well with the OEM hanger and it continues to shift well with the Silca hanger. It's hard to determine the shift quality, but since installing the Silca hanger, I have not had a bad shift.
