I really enjoy the flavor of these chips. However, I've opened two out of the four boxes I received, and unfortunately, most of the chips were broken into pieces. This detracts from the overall enjoyment. I understand this likely occurred during shipping, but it's important to find a solution to minimize this issue in the future.
